Some Nokia phone models are having cache to speed up communication with E: drive. Unfortunately, it looks like that this Nokia made cache implementation is not always works as it suppose to. One of possible problems is not correct Date and Time information on the file.

SymSync is using Date/Time information during file comparing and therefore not correct Date/Time information will lead to not correct work of SymSync software.

Hopefully Nokia will fix this problem in newer firmware versions. Before that, if you are using SymSync on a such phone, please do NOT use any folder on phone's drive E: for Destination field in SyncRule configuration in SymSync or in FileSync interagated in SymNC network software collection.

Please let us know if exist opportunity to disable cache usage on these phones.
