It is known that some NAS drives cannot be properly accessed from Telexy's software for mobile phones and could be observed the following situation.
- Instead of normal Folder or File names are shown "squares" or other characters, for example: ññññññ
- With attempt to open such Folder that is containing some file or folder inside, can be seen empty folder
or Error Message "Path not found" or just nothing is happening.
Most likely, the possible reason for this problem is that such NAS drives are using some OLD version of communication protocol and this
old version is not supported in Telexy's software. At the same time this old version of communication protocol can be supported from computer OS, therefore such NAS drives can be successfully accessed from a computer.
Reports from our customers about compatibility of NAS drives with Telexy software for mobile phones are presented in table below.

Please let us know if you have additional related information, include exact model name in your Email, link to manufacturer description and firmware version for compatible NAS drive models when it is possible.
If non-English language is used for Folder and File Names on this NAS drive, please let us know the Language Name and if there are any problems with showing the characters for non-English text in Folder or File Names.
Include Telexy software name and version including build number, you may see it in Options > About.

Allowing to attach external HDD via USB port. It seems that atttached drive in this case is acting as a UDB Drive and not as an actual NAS Drive. |
