General FAQ for Symbian S60 3rd and 5th software from Telexy.

Two secure and reliable payment methods are integrated on Telexy's website at this moment: PayPal and Plimus.

The default payment method integrated on Telexy's website is PayPal.

If you have PayPal account, then this payment method is the best for you.
If you don't have currently PayPal account, please consider to open one.
Signing up for PayPal account is easy, and in most cases it takes just a few minutes to complete.

If payment is made over PayPal, the software licence in most cases will be created immediately after purchase completion. With other payment methods the time needed for licence generation may vary from 12 to 48 hours and more depending on payment option.

Direct Bank Wire Transfer.
Bank processing fee charges will be added to payment amount.
Recommended payment currency for this case is $CAD (Canadian dollars). Bank processing fee is 15 $CAD.
For payment made in EUR processing fee is 15 EUR, for payment made in USD processing fee is 15 USD.
Because of this bank fee this payment method is not recommended for small amounts.

For Invoice inquiry, please provide your company name and address.
Please keep in mind that Bank Wire Transfer may takes from 3 to 5 business days. For example, payment sent on Tuesday, may not be received until next Tuesday.
